HOW IT WORKS
MEETING POINT:
You meet the pilots at the valley station of the new „Helmjet“ cable car in Sexten. The ticket for the ascent is not included in the price. Every flight must be booked with us in advance.
TAKEOFF AND LANDING:
Es genügen wenige Schritte und schon hebt man ab. Die Landung erfolgt neben der Talstation vom “Helmjet”.
ASCENT:
Together with the pilots you take the cable car up to the „Helm“ at 2050m. Then it‘s a 15–20 minute hike to the launch site.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS:
are included in the price and will be uploaded to your smartphone immediately after the flight.
TIME:
The classic flight takes about 15 minutes and the long flight about 30 minutes. The whole activity from take-off at the valley station until we land again takes about 75 minutes.
CLOTHING:
Clothing should be appropriate for the season. It can get chilly up there! We recommend wearing sturdy shoes and a warm jacket.

Answer to your questions 🙂
Anyone capable of a short run and who weighs between 30 and 120 kg, can fly with us.
We are also happy to fly with children.
Any illnesses, pregnancies and/or physical problems should be communicated to us.
You don’t need to have any special experience, if you are capable of a 15-20 minute hike to the launch
site and of a short run for takeoff you can fly with us!
If you already have some experience with paragliding, we can offer a long flight.
Everyone should bring steady clothes; we are flying above 2000m, and it can get chilly.
Hiking or mountain boots and a windbreaker are best, but of course, you should adapt your clothes
to the season.
If you have an action camera, you are welcome to take it with you on your own responsibility.
(Pictures and videos taken by us are included in the price).
Please don’t bring a backpack, as we have limited space in our harness.
There is no best season.
Helm is one of the most beautiful flying areas in South Tyrol and flights are very enjoyable all year
round.
Of course, it always depends on the weather: we only fly when it is 100% safe.
Paragliding is not dangerous; the pilots assess the weather conditions before each flight with the
knowledge of their many years of experience.
All pilots are officially certified by the Italian Aeroclub and have been practicing paragliding
professionally for many years.
Every year, we change our equipment with new and high-quality material of the latest generation
and tested according to the law.

Ho volato oggi per la prima volta con Hanspeter. Lui gentilissimo e professionale, si vede che ama e mette passione nel suo lavoro. L’esperienza è stata davvero spettacolare, molto più facile del previsto. Scelgo questa foto per parlare di voi e dell’esperienza fatta. Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza, la sensazione che ho avuto prima del volo è stato l’ultimo passo che sono riuscita a toccare terra e poi il vuoto, che dire è stata un’emozione incredibile, prima di conoscere Hanspeter ero molto agitata invece con lui sono riuscita a vivere l’esperienza in modo molto tranquillo, grazie mille a presto 🪂

Montagvormittag, 11h, traumhaftes Wetter. Anita und ich waren ziemlich aufgeregt. Heute sollte unser erster Gleitschirmflug (Thermikflug) stattfinden. Hanspeter und Michael erscheinen pünktlich – und zwar von oben. Aha, so wird also die Landung sein.
Unser Treffen startet gleich gutgelaunt. Unsere Tandempiloten sind absolut vertrauensvoll und unkompliziert. Es kann losgehen. Zuerst mit der Helmjet-Bahn nach oben, dann noch ein wenig zu Fuss. Und schon ist es soweit: Wir bekommen eine kurze Einführung und ab gehts.
Das Abheben, Gleiten und in die Höhe steigen war atemberaubend schön. Die Stille, der Wind, der traumhaft schöne Blick taten sein Übriges. Wir waren beide begeistert und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Man spürte, sie sind absolute Profis auf ihrem Gebiet. Würden wir es weiter empfehlen? Ein eindeutiges Ja!

Mein Flug mit Hans-Peter war einfach wunderbar. Wir hatten zwar keine Weitsicht dafür wundervolle Wolkendurchflüge und traumhaftes zartes Morgenlicht. Hans-Peter hat unseren Start durch die Wolken souverän gemeistert und ich hätte mir es nicht besser vorstellen können. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Scheut euch nicht auch bei Wolken am Himmel zu fliegen, das macht das Erlebnis nur extra besonders 😏

Ein TOP-Team mit sehr netten Menschen und erfahrenen Piloten. Der Flug mit Eric war genial. Neben dem Genießen konnten wir uns während des langen Fluges nett unterhalten. Ein super Erlebnis und sehr zu empfehlen.
